My Bootcamps are designed for people looking to achieve their individual goals in a fun yet challenging group environment.
They are a mixture of Resistance and Cardiovascular training using a varied amount of functional equipment and I can assure you no two classes will ever be the same!
All classes are charged at £5 per session on a pay as you go basis.
