Once you have subscribed to my 360 Plan all you need are your log-in details to access my private Client Downloads section where you will have access to further workouts and additional material to help guide you along your journey and keep you motivated.
Unlike apps, because my workouts are done through my website / private YouTube channel, you can access it on as many devices as you like, whenever you like. There’s nothing to download and you can view the videos on smart TV's, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or even a standard TV connected to your internet device via a cable.
I will help educate and build a sustainable meal plan for you and provide you with guidance on meal frequency, macronutrient advice, water intake and portion control. You will also gain access to my Client Download members section with hundreds of delicious recipes which will help you stay on track.
You will have access to a private closed Women's Only Community Forum which will provide support and motivation from not only myself but like-minded individuals with similar goals going through what you are going through.
Each Friday you will receive a Check-In Form from me followed by a group LIVE Check-In where members will be given the opportunity to express any concerns or queries relating to the programme and / or their progression.
First off, upon signing up you will complete a detailed Questionnaire which will help me establish your goals and if there are any health issues or concerns.
