Nutrition is KEY!

Training is only a small part of the equation.  The hardest part and biggest struggle for Clients is often in the kitchen. So, if you struggle to control your diet then please contact me, I can help!  

I can provide you with everything you need to build your complete diet, including guidance on meal frequency, macronutrients, water intake, supplements and portion control.


I am also able to take it one step further if you wish and provide a unique service whereby I calculate the correct amount of calories and macronutrients you specifically require to help you achieve your desired goals.  In line with these calculations I can also provide bespoke meal plans for Clients to follow in order for results to be achieved.  


Furthermore, I have a wide database of delicious recipes for breakfasts, sides and small dishes, main courses and deserts which are all macro-counted and barcoded and can be used in conjunction with MyFitnessPal to help you record and keep you literally on track.    

The idea is not to deprive you of food but educate you as to how to build balanced healthy meals in alliance to your recommended energy equation.  


In addition you have access to eating out guides at your favourite restaurants to help you stay on track whilst still having a social life!
