Thereafter, each month I will send you 30 delicious new recipes for breakfasts, sides and small dishes, main courses and deserts which are all macro-counted and barcoded and can be used in conjunction with MyFitnessPal to help you record and keep you literally on track.    

The idea is not to deprive you of food but eat balanced healthy meals in alliance to your recommended energy equation.  


In addition every month I will provide you with guides to eating out at your favourite restaurants to help you stay on track whilst still having a social life!
