It’s one thing wanting to change and not having the tools to do so and it’s another requesting the tools but still having no intension of changing.

If you want to achieve any level of success, you’re going to need to be prepared for change. The person you are today will be different to the person at the end of your journey.

In order to change you have to address certain habits that you will have built up throughout your life.

Here are my top 3 tips to help you along the way:-

COMMIT to the process for at least 5-7 weeks - don’t go in half-hearted, you won’t see enough results that will impact your level of motivation less than this period of time.

Make SPACE for change in your life - what I mean by this is, most people say they want to get started but there’s no time to add the work that’s needed. Make sure you accommodate time for what is required and juggle things to try and make time. Your health is more important than anything.

Step outside of your COMFORT ZONE - Yes it can be terrifying but you need to challenge yourself physically and mentally. You will not regret it. Being in-shape is infectious!
