Toastlicious!

Greek Yoghurt, caramelised banana and dark chocolate chips

Loving this quick and easy dish from Zanna Van Dijk's book "Strong"!

If you have a sweet tooth like me then this is for you!


Serves 1

1 tsp coconut oil

0.5 banana, thickly sliced

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp honey or natural sweetner

1 slice of bread

2 tbsp natural greek yoghurt

1tbsp dark chocolate chips


Heat the coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the banana frying them for approximately 1 minute. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon and honey and then flip them over adding the other half of cinnamon and honey. Remove from the heat and leave to cool whilst toasting the bread.

Spread the yoghurt, top with banana and add the chocolate chips! VOILA! Simples!
