“I have had weekly sessions with Vicki in her very well equipped gym. I feel she challenges me and I achieve more than I realised I was capable of. It’s a great workout and Vicki keeps me motivated.
“I have been attending a group PT session and Vik’s Bootcamp classes for a few months now and absolutely love it! At the time quite the opposite 😂 but every muscle is worked, and as each week different exercises are introduced and we are pushed further you never run the risk of repetitiveness. I’ve been training with Vicky for 5 months now and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT. For the first time, I actually look forward to training and can honestly say that I really enjoy our sessions. I started training with her at 4 months post partum and have really enjoyed working together with Vicky to get back to my old fitness levels and am seeing great results.
