I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified in Designing Physical Activity Programmes for Antenatal and Postnatal Clients.  

I am therefore able to provide safe yet effective workouts which will take into consideration your specific needs at any given stage of pregnancy or post pregnancy.
